As you can see the score isn't affected, so the glitch isn't ruining the leaderboards. so looking through google theres a thread where people are discussing how to unlock this achievement and it says that loading chapters to get kills with specific weapons does work, you just need to make sure it saves the game. This glitch helps you to complete the Tower pack very fast, you can also do this trick for the achievement 'Test Complete'.
